What’s exactly the difference between INDEX and INDEXPVT for shared mailboxes? Why are they pointing to the same folder on Dovecot example (https://doc.dovecot.org/configuration_manual/shared_mailboxes/shared_mailboxes/#user-shared-mailboxes)?
