This sounds like a shell parsing error rather than a dovecot bug. What is the exact command you are using? Are you trying to empty your INBOX every 60d, or rather, remove messages older than 60days? If the former, you can probably just delete the entire INBOX folder or mailbox via filesystem commands as an alternative.
