mail_location = maildir:/var/vmail/%d/%n:LAYOUT=fs:INDEX=/var/mailindex
This is going to put everyone's indexes under /var/mailindex, without
separating them properly. Might cause fun issues.
Can you give an concrete example of what your issue is?
