Hello Cliff, Outlook is not a software really known to respect other standards than Microsoft Exchange... Hopefully, Dovecot can overcome this behaviour, with the mail alias plugin: https://wiki2.dovecot.org/Plugins/MailboxAlias Just create an alias 'Junk Email' as 'Junk'.
