additional info. This happens when the mailbox definition includes the
seen flag:
thebighonker.lerctr.org /home/ler/MAIL-VIRTUAL $ cat
list-unseen/dovecot-virtual
lists/*
unseen
thebighonker.lerctr.org /home/ler/MAIL-VIRTUAL $ cat
other-unseen/dovecot-virtual
*
-lists/*
unseen
thebighonker.lerctr.org /home/ler/MAIL-VIRTUAL $
not sure if that makes a difference.
