[Dovecot] User iteration with static userdb

Hi all,

can someone explain me, please, why user iteration (iterate_query)
doesn't work with static userdb? There isn't reason why
it shouldn't work. In my opinion. However static userdb doesn't mean 
that user list
not exist.
