Quota recalculation is clearly seeing the message twice. My first guess was
that you had two namespaces pointing to the same location, but you seem to have

Nothing specific on the namespace side.
The only entry is the default one in 10-mail.conf
namespace inbox {
inbox = yes
}
I tried to comment it out but it doesn't change anything
And no symlinks in the Maildir.
