Thanks for that information bill. The T was the point which was important for me, because the user didn't tell me that the messages were already marked for deletion. - Anyway, in outlook the mails were visible (marked for deletion).

In that structure, the letter 'T' means that the message has been marked for deletion by the user. As a result, most IMAP clients will not show the message to the user and an "EXPUNGE" command on the mailbox will delete the message.
