When I discovered the problem in my dovecot logs, I searched for the offending GID and discovered it in /usr/local/libexec/dovecot/deliver which, of course, is a binary. How did it get there? Certainly not when I did my ./configure make make install dance with dovecot's src distro. How did it get there?? How do I change it??` TIA, Jack
