If you set it globally, it applies to all Dovecot services. If you put
it inside some protocol {} section, it only applies to that specific
service. So, depends on what you want to do.. Some examples only set it
to lmtp/lda because tempfailing them isn't as bad as failing IMAP/POP3
command.
