Then set virtual_transport to dovecot in /etc/postfix/main.cf:
dovecot_destination_recipient_limit = 1
virtual_mailbox_domains = your.domain.here
virtual_transport = dovecot
dovecot_destination_recipient_limit = 1
virtual_transport = dovecot
^^ Is in the conf.
1. I'm using maildir.
2. I'm not only having one virutal domain - there is planty of domains running
on this system
so "virtual_mailbox_domains = your.domain.here" isn't set afaik.
