Sieve scripts are executed by the Dovecot LDA, which is called deliver.
So, you must actually use deliver for local delivery (your MTA must call
it) and you must enable the Sieve plugin by adding 'sieve' to the
mail_plugins setting in the `protocol lda' section of the config file.
