I suppose this is more or less the same problem as with the other two NFS unhappy people in "dovecot-1.2.8 imap crash (with backtrace)" thread, although you're only getting this error without the assert-crashes or "expunged message reappeared" errors? I should probably try again stress testing on NFS with imaptest. Maybe these happen constantly when imaptest is run on two machines at the same time?..
