If you are using plus addressing, the actual user is 'foo', so this mail
should go into '.../domain.com/foo', not '.../foo+bar' - unless you are
using sieve, in which case it *could* be delivered to a subfolder called
'.../foo/.bar' or '.../foo.bar'

Thats because the user is 'foo', not 'foo+bar'...
