Finally had time to look at this. I think the fix should be that global ACLs simply shouldn't be copied to child mailboxes. Is this also what you want? i.e. user can't delete mails from "Sent", but can delete from "Sent/child". http://hg.dovecot.org/dovecot-1.2/rev/6df681067e0a
