Please look at http://wiki.dovecot.org/Migration/MailFormat
There's a modified version of mb2md.pl there that will keep the existing
UIDL info.
As for "pop3_uidl_format", I seem to recall the source needing
modification to change the format in earlier versions of Dovecot, until
it was added as a configuration option.
OT: I'm curious as to why you're migrating from Postfix to Qmail.
