[Dovecot] Pop3 Problem

Hi
I want to use Dovecot as POP3 server.
Config file is changed to indicate IMAP , POP3
On starting Dovecot I get an error indicating
"listen(110) failed: Address already in use"
lsof -i :110 indicates Xinetd is using this port.
How do I get POP3 to use this port.
