v1.1 is giving "Next message unexpectedly lost" errors with mboxes sometimes for some reason. I've also got them a few times myself. A few days ago I added some debugging code so that the next time it happens to me I'll hopefully be able to figure out what's happening. Until then I'm not sure if it's that good of an idea to upgrade large mbox installations to v1.1.
