In this way users can't connect top pop3, imap services. Dovecot restart only
help me to restore my services.

How long did it happen until you restarted?

It sounds like dovecot-auth process got stuck for some reason. If it happens again, you could:

1) Run strace -p `pidof dovecot-auth` for a few seconds and save the output (if you have multiple dovecot-auth processes, then strace the one which doesn't have -w parameter)

2) Run gdb -p `pidof dovecot-auth` (again the process without -w) and "bt full" after that.

What SQL database are you using?
