[Dovecot] dovecot-db.conf missing?

In dovecot-example.conf (dovecot version 1.1.1), a comment to  
dict_db_config mentions an example file doc/dovecot.db.conf the  
distribution tar doesn't seem to contain. Has this been lost from 1.1  
to 1.1.1?
