With v1.1 you could have maildir++ directory layout with mboxes
(mbox:~/mail:LAYOUT=maildir):

~/mail/.mbox1
~/mail/.mbox1.submbox

Now you are scaring me. Fixing something even BEFORE someone asks. You are good!! ;-P
