This is really a Postfix problem. There are a couple of ways to achieve
what you want. I suggest that you post your question on the Postfix
forum. Be sure to include the output of: 'postconf -n' as well as your
OS, Postfix version and any pertinent log entries.

Rejecting mail has to occur at the MTA level.
