Same here, using Dovecot 1.1 Beta 3 and SquirrelMail 1.4.10a-1.fc7. SquirrelMail with either Firefox 2.0.0.7 or IE 6.0.2900.2180 browser sessions: ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.
