[Dovecot] Exceptions to MyNetworks

The mynetworks setting is defined here in CIDR notation.

I'd like to make an exception for one of our (insecure) machines that
shouldn't be allowed to relay through our box, and only attempt local
delivery.

What's the best way to do this?
