Tried renaming the ‘cert9.db’ but that did not correct anything and
still can't get onto the DVLA site. Not tried anything else as have a
problem with the 'new' car which must sort out before Easter. Will try
to sort this out either while in CH or when we get back as local garage
has found out the info we needed. See it's a fairly common problem so
may get some help from Rafi in CH. See you when we get back and may
email 'list' if/when we sort it from CH.

now with Firefox 1.36.02, and successfully looked up a car's MOT and tax
status.
