For the record, Was that 22.04 or 22.10?  Running

    lsb_release -a

should say.

Based on https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Webcam_setup, which I know is
for Arch Linux, not Ubuntu, but lots is similar, can you give us the
output of

    v4l2-ctl --list-devices

If you don't have that command then try installing the v4l-utils
package.

Also, a list of the USB devices, including the internal ones which
should include the camera, would be useful.  Running

    lsusb

will give that.

Others will hopefully have advice on the others problems like hibernate.
I thought I'd just pick one ‘simple’ thing to start with.  :-)
