Looking at my Skype client, it would seem that a Meeting can be convened in the same way as Jitsi and the participants don't need a Skype Account. If not then I would suggest that Jitsi is preferable because it is self-hosted and Open Source. If the browser and plugin is needed then I would still say that we still use Jitsi because of the above advantages.
