It was introduced in a commit by Eldy: https://github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr/commit/36b314a2d696aacaa121ac39fb4395b559bc1d72 An user in dolibarr.es forum is complaining about this because in 3.3 the icon wasn't shown without enabling the hidden constant.
