The best is to put it into the proposal section, as this is related on how
goods are sold. It determines the location where
and what services are included in the price of the goods.

So some box can be sold in the factory, it can be in the customers
warehouse, it can be loaded on the truck or ship and so on. Each term
explains exactly what are the obligations of the seller and buyer.

That means it is part of the initial quotation, which later should be
copied to the confirmation and invoice.
