I wonder if anyone has any insight on this one.

Is this just a question or running `build.sh zip-all` occasionally, or is there 
more to it than that? FWIW, I ran that, and it ran for about an hour before I 
killed it. I don’t feel like it is reasonable for it to be taking that long.
