The documentation for mod_md MDProfile is not in line with the information on
LetsEncrypt's website https://letsencrypt.org/docs/profiles/#tlsserver (last
updated 2026-02-16)
classic: 90 days / 100 SAN
tlsserver: 90 days / 25 SAN
shortlived: 6 days / 25 SAN
Patch addresses this issue for EN, removes the future statement for the
LetsEncrypt change.
For FR, it merely substitutes tlsserver for shortlived due to limited knowledge
of the language.
