In the document of directive
"ProxyIOBufferSize"(http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_proxy.html#proxyiobuffersize),
it says that "The size must be at least 512" bytes. However, based on the code
logic as well as the log message, it indicates that the value could be '0'
representing for using system default, i.e. a similar way to directive
"ProxyReceiveBufferSize" and "ReceiveBufferSize".
So, it is better to revise the handling logic about this directive if there is
some difference between this directive and other similar directives, or update
the document about this potential information.
