In the document of
"Include"(http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/core.html#include), it says that
"The file path specified may be an absolute path, or may be relative to the
ServerRoot directory". However, in the source code of
ap_process_fnmatch_configs() in config.c, the logic and log message indicate
that "Include must have an absolute path". Is this a misleading log message or
a wrong document?
