The "CacheSocacheMaxSize" in document doesn't mention the value range in
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_cache_socache.html#cachesocachemaxsize,
but there is indeed a value range mentioned in the code of mod_cache_socache.c,
i.e. at least 1024 bytes.
So, it is better to add this hint in the document.
