The link of mpm event module is:

http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/event.html

in the right column, the link of the User directive is broken (actually it's
wrong).

It should be 

http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_unixd.html#user

instead of 

http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mpm_unixd.html#user
