I'd prefer to use the Apache Bookstore wiki off:

help the ASF and its 'officially' sanctioned. Plus, it's more of a
'central' resource than maintaining something off our website or on
our own wiki.
However, I'll note that some smart aleck renamed the httpd page. I'll
poke Ted about fixing that.
