Does <directive> require the filename for directives which
are in the same file? I'm specifically looking at Allow/Deny/Order
references like:
<directive module="mod_access_compat">Deny</directive>
in
httpd/httpd/trunk/docs/manual/mod/mod_access_compat.xml

PS-Hopefully the answer is no, as that makes it much easier to
compare the docs between 2.0, 2.2, and trunk in cases where the
module keeps getting renamed...
