In http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/suexec.html#install it says:
Before you compile and install the suEXEC wrapper you can check the
configuration with the --layout option.
This turns out not to be true, since there is no --layout option. The
question is whether we should just remove this bit from the docs, or if
there *should* be a --layout option and I'm somehow missing it.
