Thank you both! I've committed them to the 2.1 tree and backported most of
them to 2.0. The files NOT backported are:
env.xml.ko
sitemap.xml.ko
urlmapping.xml.ko
vhosts/fd-limits.xml.ko
vhosts/ip-based.xml.ko
These require textual changes, which I cannot do (since I can't read or
write Korean :)
