I was trying to address http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=12237 but I got confused. It seems that much of win_service.html is duplicated in http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/platform/windows.html#service
Which one is more up-to-date? Should one of them be deleted? (I guess this is mostly addressed at Bill R., if he is around. But if anyone else has input, it would be welcome.)
