Just a quick observation. I've created a bugzilla keyword "FAQ" ... when
we start hitting many users with the same question [about when we assign
duplicate bugs to the original report] we can add the FAQ keyword. Bugzilla
can be queried for Apache 2.0 and FAQ, and over time this list should become
rather substantial.
