Digro,
Thanks for doing that. I know so little about GitHub, that I cannot answer your final question. I have no real ideae what the directory review is.

Again thanks
Keith

Keith,

my pleasure.

Review is, as I see it, meant for working copies of the bare files.

If one is ready with translating or reviewing, the resulting file should be placed in Review.

Preferably with a date attached to it, so that everyone can see which the latest "worked on" file is.

All the worked on files stay there until the final version is ready. That way, one can go back to an earlier version, if wanted. After the final filesĀ are processed the files in Review can be deleted, or not :-)

Even initials of the author can be attached to the filename, resulting in something like:

AOO41CG01-IntroducingCalc_digro_20251212.odt.

That way you will have a chronological list of changes in the worked on files.

It doesn't really matter where the directory Review is at, either in the top level directory with ForWiki and the bare files, or in the directory ... Guide

I also thought it might be an idea to rename the top level directory to Calc41, Writer41.

That way you can place version 4.2 right below it as Calc42 and Writer42 in the same directory ... Guide.

If anyone has other idea's or thinks I'm wrong, please share

My two cents.
