Czeslaw, maybe I misunderstood what you are trying to say. We both agree that Color Replacer is there I think :-) And it is mentioned in the Help.
If I select a color with the Eyedropper and then Select color and push the spacebar, the Colorpicker shows me the color I selected. If you expected something else, then that is where we differ. If I replace, for instance a shade of yellow from your example, I see that just a small part of the picture is replaced. Probably because the other yellows are not an exact match and differ from the one I selected. If this is not what you meant, then I'm in the dark.
