Sorry, I did start a reply and then must have gotten interrupted and
never sent it.
I like the idea of having the full book available. There are people,
like me, that like having that full book available whether for Printing
or just for reference.
It is not that big a deal to actually create it, though it does take a
bit of time too review it.
