Hi Keith, I'd like to suggest that we publish the guides only as individual chapters. The assembly of the book is a huge hassle and I think it doesn't provide enough benefit to justify the effort. What do you think?
Michele and Michael are revising the Calc guide and have finished chapter 11. This set of revisions is on top of what Michele and I did a while ago. In fact, Michele and I have updated all of the guides. It might make sense to publish those versions and then update them incrementally as she and Michael make another pass.
