Where have you been submitting the Calc chapters for review. I have
checked the GitHup Repository,and all that is there are the original
Version 3 documents used to populate the repository when it was first
created. If you do not have a GitHup account,they are easy to set up,
and I will be quite happy to walk you through it. That way you you can
submit a Pull Request that either Francis or I can approve to commit
them to the repository. Until that is done, you can send them to me, or
