Keith,
When reviewing the docs in the pull request I just made, it is important
not to turn on change tracking for AOO41GS8.odt. For some reason doing that
causes the document to make many duplicates of the text frame that
holds Figure 20, at least it does on my system. I had to rescue the
document twice by editing its content.xml.

I am not happy with the spacing between some of the figures and the
subsequent text but I got tangled up trying to fix it. I will work on
finding a clean solution for that.
