Pulkit; The easiest first thing is to go to the following link and enter tor user name and then click the forgot password link in the login dialog box. That will take you to the page where you can enter a new password of your choosing. Please report back whether that worked or not. I best guess at this point as to why you didn't see it is that since the account was created a while back if it did go to your spam folder it may have been purged.
