The account creation for the cwiki is a bit different than for the mwiki. For the cwiki it is a two (2) step process. You create the account and then send a request with the username here to have it white-listed. To start the process create your account by going to https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/signup.action and filling out the form. Once that is done send a request to this list with the username to to request that it be white-listed. Regards Keith
