They are meant to be that way. The original philosophy was to write
short, heavily linked sections that allow people to peruse the
documentation how they want. Also the structure of the AOO program is
highly integrated and the component programs use a lot of the same code.
So if we write documentation for say the menu's we only have to write it
once and then link to it from the sections on any of the components and
only have to document any variations from that in the component Guide.
